Embark on a transformative journey with the 6-Week Blended True Nature Course, guided by meditation teacher Paul McNamee. This course is designed to help you reconnect with your true nature through a series of insightful and experiential modules, each focusing on a unique aspect of mindfulness and natural awareness. Over the 6 weeks we will explore how we can develop insight into impermanence, self, the causes of mental suffering and our true nature by observing and learning from the natural world.

In line with traditional insight meditation, we will explore how mindfulness is not only about developing strategies for momentary calmness but also a powerful tool for developing transformative and enduring insight into the true nature of the heart/mind and all phenomena in a way that can bring an end to the underlying causes of mental suffering. .

6-Week Blended True Nature Course

Embark on a transformative journey with the 6-Week Blended True Nature Course, guided by  Paul McNamee. This course is designed to help you reconnect with your true nature through a series of insightful modules, each focusing on a unique aspect of mindfulness and natural awareness.

Course Structure:
The course follows a flexible dropping system, with a new module released every Wednesday. Each module includes guided meditation audios, comprehensive course lectures, and interactive webinars to enhance your learning experience.

Module Release Schedule:

  • Module 1: Noticing the Natural (Wednesday, 24th July 8-9.15pm) - Explore and reflect on what is natural in the experience of the body and mind Learn to notice and appreciate the subtle details that often go unnoticed.


  • Module 2: Allowing (Wednesday, 31st July 8-9.15pm) - Learn the art of allowing experiences to unfold naturally, without resistance, fostering a sense of acceptance and peace.


  • Module 3: Resting in Awareness(Wednesday, 7th August) - Explore the practice of resting in pure awareness, learning to notice the naturalness of ever present awareness 


  • Module 4: Learning from Nature's Impermanence (Wednesday, 14th August) - Understand the lessons nature teaches us about impermanence and change, and how to apply these insights to your own life.


  • Module 5: Being with the Imperfect (Wednesday, 21st August) - Embrace the imperfect aspects of life with compassion and understanding, learning to find beauty in flaws.


  • Module 6: Full Circle (Wednesday, 28th August) - Bring together all the learnings from the course, reflecting on your journey and integrating the practices into your daily life.


Each module's release will be accompanied by a live webinar on the same day, where Paul McNamee will delve deeper into the module's content, answer questions, and guide participants through live meditations.
