Practice Day Retreat on

"Nourishing ourselves through Mindfulness and Compassion Based Practice. "

This online recording of the retreat day will focus on supporting us to nourish our body, mind and heart through mindfulness and self compassion based practices. We will focus on deeply nurturing and nourishing ourselves, resting into "beingness" and wrapping ourselves in a warm blanket of self compassion and kindness. This Retreat will be a beautiful way for us to connect to ourselves and each other and to prepare our bodies, minds and hearts for the Summer season. The retreat costs 20 euro and you will receive a recording which is available for one month.
