What does it mean to nurture happiness? Why should we do it? And how can we grow happiness for ourselves and others amid busy lives and even challenging times?

Creative Mindfulness is delighted to welcome back Wendy O’Leary for an inspiring, practical, and science-backed workshop. Following her successful "Growing Self-Compassion" series and her collaboration with Dr. Shauna Shapiro, Wendy returns to help us explore the art and science of sustainable happiness.

In this interactive session, we will dive into what it truly means to cultivate happiness that lasts. Based on the latest research and Wendy’s newest publication, the Let’s Grow Happiness card deck, you will leave with a toolkit of creative strategies to support your own well-being and the children you care for.

What You Will Learn

This session is designed for parents, educators, and anyone working with children who wants to build a foundation of resilience and joy.

In this session, we will:

  • Build Resilience: Discover why happiness is a vital component of well-being and a shield against stress for both adults and children.

  • Self-Care for Adults: Practice essential well-being tools that you can integrate into your daily life and professional work.
