Louise Shanagher - Founder & CEO
(Ireland)

Louise is a mindfulness teacher, children's therapist, and the visionary behind the Creative Mindfulness method. With a BA and MSc in Psychology, and further qualifications in Mindfulness, Psychotherapy, and Play Therapy, she has pioneered mindfulness education for children in Ireland. Louise is the author of the "Mindfully Me" and "Kindfully Me" series, and co-author of "The Mindful Heart" curriculum.

Thomas Masselis – Creative Mindfulness Manager
(France)

Based in Rennes, Thomas ensures the smooth operation of Creative Mindfulness. He manages course logistics, student support, and collaborations, embodying our values in every interaction. Thomas is your go-to person for any queries or assistance throughout your mindfulness journey.

Paul McNamee – Instructor & Curriculum Designer (Ireland)

Paul is a curriculum designer and mindfulness course facilitator with a BA in Psychological Studies and a Higher Diploma in Psychology. He specializes in developing online professional development courses on mindfulness and well-being for educators. Paul co-authored "The Mindful Heart" curriculum and is passionate about equipping young people with tools to navigate their inner experiences.

Lindsey Crean – Instructor & Coach
(Ireland)

Lindsey is a Creative Mindfulness Practitioner for preschoolers, children, and teens, as well as a mindfulness teacher and coach for adults. She offers loving-kindness meditation sessions and workshops, focusing on self-care and compassion. Lindsey's approach is grounded in personal practice and a commitment to nurturing well-being across all age groups.

Maria Catalina is a mindfulness and meditation instructor based in Patagonia, Argentina. She offers workshops and training for children, families, and professionals, promoting a life aligned with nature and conscious living. Maria Catalina is dedicated to awakening kindness and compassion through mindfulness practices.

Julie Oudin – Instructor & Early Education Consultant (USA)

Julie is a certified Creative Mindfulness Practitioner and early education consultant with a Master of Social Work. She specializes in mindfulness classes for children, integrating stories, songs, and creative activities to help young learners develop emotional awareness and kindness. Julie's work is rooted in the belief that all children deserve to feel good about themselves.
