nature by observing and learning from the natural world.

traditional insight meditation, we will explore how mindfulness is not only about developing strategies for momentary calmness but also a powerful tool for developing transformative and enduring insight into the true nature of the heart/mind and all phenomena in a way that can bring an end to the underlying causes of mental suffering.
