- Expectant mothers at any stage of pregnancy
- Those seeking a deeper connection with their babies and themselves
- Anyone wishing to explore mindfulness and meditation as part of their prenatal journey
No previous experience with mindfulness is needed, just a willingness to be present and cared for in a warm, safe space.
💻 Course Format & How to Join:
- Live Online via Zoom
- Duration: 8 weeks
- Day/Time: Wednesday evenings, 8:00–9:00 PM (Irish time)
- Start Date: Wednesday, 2nd July 2025
- Final Session: Wednesday, 20th August 2025
- Each session will include a mix of guided meditation, mindfulness practices, gentle discussion, and space for personal reflection
