In line with traditional insight meditation, we will explore how mindfulness is not only about developing strategies for momentary calmness but also a powerful tool for developing transformative and enduring insight into the true nature of the heart/mind and all phenomena in a way that can bring an end to the underlying causes of mental suffering.

This course is designed to help you understand the practice of insight meditation and reconnect with your true nature through a series of insightful and experiential modules, each focusing on a unique aspect of mindfulness and natural awareness. Over the 6 modules you can avail of recorded sessions, guided meditations and materials that show how we can develop insight into aspects of life such as  impermanence, self, the causes of mental suffering and our true nature by practicing mindfulness and observing and learning from the natural world.

True Nature Course

Embark on a transformative journey with True Nature Course, guided by  Paul McNamee. This course is designed to help you reconnect with your true nature through a series of insightful modules, each focusing on a unique aspect of mindfulness and natural awareness. We will explore how mindfulness is about much more than just 'being present' but actually includes developing a penetrating insight into the nature of mind, heart and body that ultimately releases us from the causes of mental suffering. 

Course Structure:
The course follows a self paced structure with a new module for each theme. Each module includes guided meditation audios and comprehensive course lectures
Module Release Schedule:

  • Module 1: Noticing the Natural Explore and reflect on what is natural in the experience of the body and mind Learn to notice and appreciate the subtle details that often go unnoticed.


  • Module 2: Allowing  Learn the art of allowing experiences to unfold naturally, without resistance, fostering a sense of acceptance and peace.


  • Module 3: Resting in Awareness Explore the practice of resting in pure awareness, learning to notice the naturalness of ever present awareness 


  • Module 4: Learning from Nature's Impermanence  Understand the lessons nature teaches us about impermanence and change, and how to apply these insights to your own life.


  • Module 5: Being with the Imperfect Embrace the imperfect aspects of life with compassion and understanding, learning to find beauty in flaws.


  • Module 6: Full Circle Bring together all the learnings from the course, reflecting on your journey and integrating the practices into your daily life.
